Feta π - PDO of Mountainous Trichonida is made from 100% sheep's milk collected in the mountains of our region.

During the production of Feta P, instead of adding any culture, we only use natural sheep yogurt. This is how Feta was made centuries ago.

Type of milk: Only sheep's milk.

Taste and other notes: The texture is semi-hard, extremely creamy, and the color is white. The flavor is sweet, intensely creamy, milky, round, and full-bodied. The aftertaste is sweet, creamy, pleasant, with distinct elements of grass and nature.
